These terms apply to your use of krinpixel.com, operated by Krin Pixel(“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Work carried out for a client is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement, not by this page. Where the two differ, the engagement agreement takes precedence.

Intellectual property

The design, code, text, graphics and other material on this site belong to Krin Pixel or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the site, but you may not copy, republish or reproduce it for commercial use without written permission.

Client work shown on this site remains the property of the respective client, and is published with their permission.

Using the site

You agree that you will not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or overburden it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
• Scrape, harvest or automatically collect content or contact details from the site.
• Submit false information, another person’s details, or malicious content through the contact form.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation — it does not create a contract, book capacity, or oblige either side to proceed. Any scope, timeline or quote we send is an offer that becomes binding only once it is agreed in writing by both parties.

Nothing on this site is a fixed price. Timelines mentioned here are typical ranges, not commitments for a specific project.
